Sleep is the foundation of good health, robust well-being, and excellent mood for everyone. Unfortunately, the frenetic pace of life does not always allow us to get enough sleep and feel rested. Often, even when lying in a cozy bed, daily worries and anxieties, unfinished tasks, and complex problems prevent us from falling asleep peacefully. To avoid such situations, use the "Good Night" blend of essential oils from the popular brand "Adverso".
This mix of various organic aromas will help you find harmony and emotional balance, normalize blood pressure, and set a relaxing tone. Gently affecting the psycho-emotional sphere, it clears the mind and focuses the senses, relieving stress and muscle tension. After the first use, you will notice a decrease in the time it takes to fall asleep and will feel more energetic, rested, and refreshed.
How to use: Baths: Add 8-10 drops of the product to a filled bathtub with warm water, having previously mixed it with 1 tablespoon of an emulsifier (honey, milk, sea, and table salt). The duration of the procedure is 15 minutes.
Aromatherapy massage: Mix 3-5 drops of the product with 10 ml of olive oil, or a cream of your choice, and perform a light massage from 1:00 until bedtime.
Room aromatization: Add 4-5 drops of the product to an aroma lamp or a cup of hot water.
For sauna and steam bath: Mix 6-8 drops of the oil blend in water, spray the sauna space and heated stones.
The scent of Corvalol with mint is very strong. I was expecting a citrus and bergamot aroma, but it's not there. It's dangerous to add it to an aroma lamp. I use it for my hair by mixing 20 ml of sesame oil with 4-5 drops of essential oil, and I leave it on for an hour before washing.
The suspension is very liquid, and the smell is very strong for me. At first, I used it as instructed, 4-5 drops in an aroma diffuser, but the scent was too intense and aggressive. I emptied all the water and added just 1 drop, which made it more tolerable. I won't buy this composition again. I also bought thuja and lime oil, which I will test.
I really enjoyed the fragrance. I add a few drops to my bath, it's a harmonious combination. It soothes and relaxes, but the perception of scents is individual for everyone, I suppose. I plan to reorder.
