The only downside is that you need to use a conditioner or some kind of leave-in treatment afterward, as the hair is difficult to comb through. I liked that this shampoo doesn't cause dandruff or itching, as some other shampoos do, and it keeps my scalp cleaner for a longer time. The ingredients are really good. However, it's not very economical in terms of usage. I have long hair and I've already used up half of the bar in a month.
