Massage

Apply a few drops of almond oil to your fingertips and massage into the skin. You can use almond oil in its pure form, mix it with other carrier oils (such as avocado, peach, grape seed, or jojoba oil) in equal proportions, or use it as a base oil with essential oils (2-3 drops of essential oil per tablespoon of carrier oil). For scalp massages, you can either use pure almond oil or mix it with jojoba oil in a 1:1 ratio.

Add 10 drops of almond oil to 10 grams of cream or 10 ml of toner or lotion. For shampoos or hair conditioners, add 7-10 ml of almond oil to 100 ml of product.

Masks, Applications, and Treatments

For these procedures, you can use almond oil in its pure form, mix it with other vegetable oils in equal proportions, or use it as a base in an aromatherapy blend. For applications on problem areas, the neck, or face, especially for sagging and tired skin, and for anti-wrinkle masks around the eyes, it is recommended to prepare an aromatherapy blend by adding 1-2 drops of sandalwood, rose, and lime essential oils to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil. Soak a cloth in this mixture and apply to problem areas for 15-20 minutes, 1-2 times a day.

Apply a mixture of almond oil and lavender or tea tree essential oil (in equal proportions) to the affected areas 4-5 times a day.

For Skin Hardenings

Apply pure almond oil or an aromatherapy blend with tea tree, lavender, or marjoram essential oils (1-2 drops per tablespoon of carrier oil) to the hardened areas 2-3 times a day.
