It is thick, leaves a film on my lips, is sticky, and dries them out severely, as if I applied pharmacy-grade petroleum jelly. It doesn't absorb at all, and after using it, my lips are even drier than before. There was no unpleasant smell, but that is its only positive aspect.

Very disappointed! They wrote on the packaging that it contains hyaluronic acid, which is a clever marketing move - nothing more. In reality, the main component is castor oil, which has a simply awful smell. It reeks of castor oil unbearably. I'd rather just use vaseline on my lips, even if it's odorless. And the dispenser is not very convenient (mine is even defective, probably because it's not level). I won't be using it anymore.

Before ordering, I read through dozens of comments about this product and decided to give it a try. However, unfortunately, the balm didn't work for me. The texture is sticky and thick, the scent is more neutral (subjective), and the color is transparent. I didn't feel any moisturizing effect. I have been using it for only a week, but I won't continue using it.

Squeezing it out is just too hard. It rolls off the lips, has low consumption, and doesn't moisturize at all. A regular pharmacy lip balm for 15 UAH is more beneficial.

This product is absolutely awful. I have never come across anything so terrible in my life. It is a complete waste of money and I deeply regret purchasing it. The quality is abysmal, and it does not function as advertised. The design is flawed, making it difficult to use and causing frustration. Additionally, the customer service provided by the company is non-existent. They do not respond to inquiries or provide any assistance whatsoever. I would strongly advise against buying this product, as it will only bring disappointment and frustration.

I couldn't use the balm - it made my skin even drier in dry air. However, the liquid patches from this brand are great - they almost instantly reduce swellings.

Moisturizes at a 3 out of 5 level. I use it overnight and in the morning my lips are slightly hydrated. I wouldn't dare to use it during winter, especially when there are cracks. It's a bit sticky, but doesn't have a strong scent.

A disappointing lip balm. It starts with an extremely non-ergonomic tube with a small dispenser that scratches the lips and poorly distributes the product. The formula itself is a gel with lumpy starch-like particles. After some time, the lumps spread out in the balm, but the first ten minutes are uncomfortable. The balm does have effectiveness, but the inconveniences in using it overshadow it.

I am not afraid to say that this balm can and probably should be compared to the well-known brand Carmex. I have already tried their products for a long time and know their pros and cons, but I only got acquainted with Sein thanks to this balm. However, before writing a review, I completely emptied the tube to get a complete picture. I wanted to compare it to Carmex because they are similar in how they work. Both moisturize well and cost about the same. But right now, Sein is winning for me. In winter, it keeps my lips hydrated for longer and doesn't stick them together in the cold, something that Carmex cannot boast about.

The only plus is that my lips sparkle nicely after applying it (as if I put on lip gloss), but it doesn't last long. Overall, I'm not disappointed, but it's not convenient to use.
