I have tried a minimal acid peel twice at the cosmetologist's for 5 and 6 minutes. Then I decided to try this peel at home. I thoroughly cleansed my face in the shower, without using any scrub or aggressive actions. I steamed my skin and after 5-10 minutes, when it was completely dry, I applied the peel on my face. I left it on for increasing amounts of time, from 7 to 10 (11) minutes maximum. During this time, I didn't take any pills, alcohol, or smoke for a month, that's for sure. There were no female days either. After they ended, I started doing the procedure every 6 days. At first, I did it every other day, then every two days a week. Unfortunately, I didn't notice any changes except for some whitening. I applied one press of the peel on each area. I have combination skin with tightened pores and a few minor breakouts.
