Facial Ampoule Serum with Bakuchiol Extract MEDIPEEL Bakuchiol Miracle Firming Ampoule

Serums containing retinol are not always suitable for sensitive and allergy-prone skin, so I chose a formula with bakuchiol, which is gentler than retinol but offers similar benefits. Initially, I used it every 2-3 days to allow my skin to adjust. After the serum absorbs, I apply my cream. The dryness that appeared with the cold weather disappeared quite quickly, so I'm very satisfied with the nourishment and hydration. There's almost no scent, which is also a plus.

I've been using it for 2 weeks. In my opinion, this is not a replacement for retinol. I wanted to pause using retinol during the summer and switched to bakuchiol. However, with retinol, I noticed a smoothing effect on my skin, which I don't see with the bakuchiol serum. It might be due to the short time of use. But my skin feels soft and it doesn't cause acne or irritation, so I give it 4 stars. I will continue using it. Once I finish it, I might add something more.

I have combination skin and the serum did not work for me. The result was zero. The pigmentation remained in place and there was constant redness after application. It even dried out my skin a bit, as I only apply serum and cream during the day, without emulsion and toner. Other products worked better.

About my skin: it's normal, prone to dryness, sensitive, and I have severe post-acne. Before this, I used retinol to combat scars (apparently, the retinol serum was just okay, as the results were minimal).
When I received this serum with bakuchiol, I didn't have high expectations because my post-acne was quite deep and abundant. But now, I've been using it for about a week or two, and I'm impressed with the results. Right after I started using it, I noticed changes in the brightness and quantity of my scars. Gradually, they are fading away at an incredible speed. I've never had such progress in treating post-acne. The scars that I've struggled with for at least six months have reduced by a third in just two weeks.
I have couperose and very delicate skin near my nose. After using this serum, the skin in that area slightly firmed up, the redness subsided, and consequently, the couperose became slightly less noticeable. Although personally, I feel that this serum lacks moisturization. The skin feels okay, but after using retinol, it needs more hydration to be restored.
Now, the downsides:
It runs out quickly.
It is rarely available.
I recommend it to people with post-acne, and I will definitely purchase it again. It's an excellent serum. It doesn't clog pores, doesn't dry out the skin, effectively renews the skin, and provides quick results!

The product is truly effective, as it has made my skin more elastic and evened out its tone. Additionally, it has helped fade blemishes caused by inflammation at a faster rate. I have been using the serum for two months, applying it 3-4 times a week, and there is still half of the jar left.

This product is completely useless, although it did not cause any allergies. Thank you for that, but only 3 stars.

The serum is amazing, lightweight, and my skin has become more elastic and radiant!

I didn't like it. It is very sticky and unpleasant on the face, and it takes a lot of effort to make it absorb into the skin. The scent changes after half an hour of application, and it makes the face feel dirty and in need of washing. I tried it both in the morning and at night, but I didn't see any effects.

I have combination skin that tends to become dehydrated. I am 37 years old. I really liked this serum. My skin indeed became firmer and more moisturized. The consumption is high, but it is worth it. My skin became well-groomed. It was perfect for autumn or early spring. I highly recommend it.
