I bought a black eyeliner. The color is nice and vibrant, but it was advertised as waterproof, yet it actually smudges and I have to wipe my eyes 2-3 times throughout the day. I won't buy it again.
I have purchased this pencil not for the first time, and I must say that the quality is excellent. It perfectly matches my ideal shade, which is 15.
I purchased it in brown.
The pencil is terrible.
It's soft, but impossible to sharpen.
When using it on the mucous membranes, it clumps up.
As for being waterproof, it's only waterproof in the sense that it's incredibly difficult to remove, even with micellar water.
I ordered #13, it was a bit dry and tended to break during application.
The pencil is priced at 40 UAH. It is not long-lasting and the color is not vibrant.
A great #10 pencil, it doesn't smudge because it's truly waterproof. Perfect for hot weather, but... why did you raise the price? I bought it for a lower amount and got two because of that. You're working against yourself, this is not a smart business move!
It seems like reviews about different products. A good, long-lasting pencil. Shades 13 and 14 are excellent in brown matte. I love them and will continue to order. Perhaps it's all about the batch.

The pencil is truly long-lasting, lasting all day as if it was just applied. The only downside is that it is slightly dry. I have shade number 13, which is a brown color (the right shade) without any red undertones, and it has a matte finish.
