I have found this eyeliner to be very good. I was looking for a replacement for the smudgy Vivienne Sabo one and I am satisfied with this one. It applies easily, doesn't smudge, and the color is a deep black. It stays on throughout the day.
I did not like it. The eyeliner flakes off and does not stay on the lashes for long.

The claim that it doesn't smudge on the upper eyelid is not true. The eyeliner is not waterproof, so it smudges and leaves marks easily.
This eyeliner is absolutely not long-lasting, it smudges even with a finger and instantly starts running with the slightest amount of moisture. It's a complete disappointment and definitely not worth the money. The only positive aspect is that it's easy to draw precise lines with the firm brush. I have normal skin with slightly droopy eyelids, and this eyeliner leaves imprints after approximately one to one and a half hours.
