How to use:
For baths: for every 100 liters of sea or tap water heated to a temperature of 36 – 38°C, add 100-150 g of extract, with a bathing duration of up to 20 minutes, and a rehabilitation course of 12-15 baths. To enhance the health effect, add 1 kg of sodium chloride (natural or sea salt) per bath of water. Breaks between baths should be 1 – 2 days. After bathing, it is recommended to rest for 30 – 40 minutes. Baths can be used in conjunction with massage and physiotherapy exercises. If balneotherapy reaction occurs, the procedure should be immediately stopped and subsequently conducted only on a doctor's recommendation.For compresses: a gauze pad, soaked in the extract heated in a water bath to 45°C, is applied to the affected area until it dries (15 – 20 minutes). The procedure should be repeated 2 – 3 times. The rehabilitation course is up to 20 procedures. Compresses can be applied to several areas at the same time. Breaks between procedures should be 1 day.
