The hair gets very tangled, even with long-term use, there is zero conditioning effect. I use a high-quality shampoo, but it's not natural, so that might be the issue. Overall, I strongly advise against it as it doesn't help in any way.

I have highlighted hair, dry on the ends. After using the conditioner, I didn't feel any particular moisturizing effect. However, after drying my hair and applying the hair detangling oil, it looks great. Maybe I need to use the entire manufacturer's product line.
