It has a strong smell of rancid lavender oil, and this odor lingers on the hair until the next wash. It doesn't add any smoothness to the hair - after using the shampoo from the same series, wet hair feels like straw, and it's almost impossible to distribute this product because it doesn't help detangle the hair at all. And even after blow-drying, the hair still gets tangled as if no conditioner was used. It's impossible to even run your fingers through the hair, let alone a comb.
The hair gets very tangled, even with long-term use, there is zero conditioning effect. I use a high-quality shampoo, but it's not natural, so that might be the issue. Overall, I strongly advise against it as it doesn't help in any way.
