Great top coat! It's not runny, but it applies smoothly. It's absolutely fantastic for this price! In the photo, it's top coat #5, milk white with a subtle shimmer on black and clear tips.

The shimmer is very fine, blue (holographic), with a good consistency. I would like to have a silver (white, lighter) shade in the same formulation :)
This top is great. It looks very beautiful in the sun and is easy to apply.
The top is not silver but has a blue shimmer. It is very small and completely unnoticeable. After drying, it gives off a yellow tint. The smell is awful. I bought it for painting, so it might be okay for that purpose, but I wouldn't recommend it for client use.
