Use the brush on dry skin before taking a shower. Massage vigorously with light pressure, moving from the bottom up along the lymphatic drainage lines. Start with your legs, using circular and straight strokes, moving upward to massage your thighs and buttocks. In the abdominal and chest areas, reduce the pressure. For your back, use straight strokes, moving from the lower back to the shoulder blades. Spend more time and apply more intensity to problem areas. After dry brushing, take a contrast shower to rinse off dead skin particles and cool the skin. The massage should last 10-15 minutes, gradually increasing the duration over time. We recommend performing the procedure 3-4 times a week. If you experience a burning sensation or red spots on your skin after the massage, reduce the pressure and shorten the duration of the massage during the next session. Notes: For dry brushing only! Avoid getting the brush wet! Contraindications: Do not use if you have severe skin or vascular conditions.
