The shampoo does not meet its stated purpose; my scalp and hair get dirty on the second day, which is not the case with the shampoo with creatine from this brand, for example. The consistency is terrible, as soon as you squeeze it out, you don't even need to go to the gym
The shampoo seems to be good, it pours out of the bottle nicely, lathers very well and strongly, and effectively cleans long hair with just two washes. However, the recent problem of quick hair greasiness persists, and it hasn't restored the scalp. Previously, I washed my hair every three days, and they weren't excessively dirty, but now they get very greasy every day. It's probably time to try gentle shampoos. So, it's not suitable for greasiness, but it's a very good shampoo for normal hair. I recommend it.
This shampoo is simply amazing. It leaves my hair soft and manageable. I have a sensitive scalp that tends to get oily quickly, so I used to have to wash my hair every day. But with this shampoo, I only need to wash it every three days. I am very satisfied with it and this is already my second purchase. However, the only drawback is the packaging. It is difficult to squeeze out the product, and a tube would be better suited for this consistency.
My favorite shampoo. I have been using it for over a year and I had been searching for the perfect one. After using other shampoos, my hair would become greasy by the evening, and some even by noon. They looked dull and lifeless. But with this shampoo, I am delighted that I can wake up the next morning with my hair in a decent condition. It doesn't dry out my scalp and my hair looks fresh and healthy. They even look well-groomed without any special styling.

Regarding the "hard to squeeze" or "doesn't squeeze well" comments. I would classify this shampoo as a concentrate, so you only need a very small amount. Yes, you should dilute it with a little water before applying it to your hair, and that's the correct way to apply any shampoo to your hair. I personally don't have any issues with squeezing out the shampoo.
