Lemon essential oil can be used both in its pure form and combined with other essential oils such as juniper, cypress, lavender, mint, elemi, neroli, and citrus oils. It is beneficial for skin and hair care. To enrich cosmetic products like shampoos, creams, and tonics, add 5-8 drops of the oil (or oil blend) to 1-2 tablespoons of the base product. For pigmentation spots and freckles, apply undiluted oil directly to the area. For warts, apply the oil in the morning and evening, then cover with a bandage. Nail care: Mix 3 drops of lemon oil, 2 drops of rose oil, and 10 ml of jojoba oil. Transfer the mixture to a dark glass bottle. Use a small brush to apply the oil to your nails several times a week for stronger, shinier nails. For cracked elbows, mix 50 ml of avocado oil with 10 drops of lemon oil, 5 drops of rosewood oil, and 5 drops of sandalwood oil. For gum applications and hemorrhoid treatment: mix 5 drops of lemon oil with 10 g of wheat germ oil or rosehip oil. For rinsing, use 2-3 drops in 250 g of water. Massage: Mix 4-7 drops of oil (or oil blend) with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. To combat cellulite, mix 100 ml of jojoba oil with 10 drops each of juniper, rosemary, geranium, and lemon oils, and 5 drops of cypress oil. Use this massage oil on specific areas with a sponge, brush, or massage glove. For migraines, apply pure oil to the forehead, temples, and back of the head, or use cold inhalations; pain relief typically occurs within 1-5 minutes. Inhalations and room aroma therapy: For aromatherapy burners, add 5-8 drops of oil for every 15 square meters, and light a candle in the water-filled aroma lamp. For aroma pendants, use 2-3 drops. For hot inhalations, pour boiling water into a wide-mouthed container, cover your head with a towel, then add 2-3 drops of oil; keep your eyes closed during the 5-7 minute procedure. Baths: Mix 4-7 drops of oil (or oil blend) with 30-60 g of an emulsifier (such as salt, soda, honey, bath foam, cream, bran, etc.) and add to a filled bath. Recommended for treating skin blemishes, infections, diathesis, skin cracks, cellulite, pigmentation spots, and detoxification. For cold compresses on the forehead and calves, add 4-5 drops to water or oil (300-400 g). Apply a gauze or cloth soaked in the mixture for 10-40 minutes. This helps prevent varicose veins (on calves) and quickly reduces fever during an attack.
