Valerian essential oil from the domestic brand "Kvita" can also be used for massages, creating fragrant compositions, and enhancing the formula of beauty care products. It positively affects skin blood circulation, promotes active regeneration of traumatized areas, gives the epidermis a youthful and healthy appearance, and also has a tightening effect.
How to use: to enrich cosmetic products (shampoos, creams, etc.): 3-5 drops of oil (oil compositions) per 10g of base (1-2 tablespoons).
For insect bites: apply 2 drops of pure oil on damp cotton and apply in the morning and evening to the bite areas.
Massage: mix 4-6 drops of oil (oil compositions) with 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (avocado, jojoba, wheat germ, grape seed, etc.).
Aromatic perfumes: verbena - a very persistent scent, combines absolutely with all fragrances. Interesting compositions are obtained when mixed with spicy aromas.
Baths: up to 12 drops of oil (oil compositions) mixed with 30-60 g of emulsifier (salt, soda, honey, bath foam, cream, bran, etc.) and add to a filled bathtub.
Rubbing: 7-8 drops per 15 g of oil.
Compresses, hot applications: 10 drops per 1/2 cup of water.
Inhalations and room aromatization:
- aroma burner: 3-5 drops of oil per 15 sq.m of space added to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle;
- aroma medallions: 1-2 drops.
