Apply a small amount of shampoo to wet hair that has been dampened with warm water. Massage your scalp and hair for a few minutes, ensuring the shampoo is evenly distributed. Rinse thoroughly with water. Repeat if necessary.
I bought a shampoo paired with a conditioner. Considering the price and brand, I was expecting something amazing. However, it was far from amazing. My hair gets frizzy at the ends, even when using the conditioner (but it loses volume at the roots). It also strips away my color, doesn't provide much moisture, and I haven't noticed any strengthening effects. The only positive aspect is that it's ideal for sensitive scalp, as I haven't experienced any irritation after using it twice, unlike with my previous product. But if I wanted only that effect, I would have bought something three times cheaper.
