I applied it twice. The first time, I spread it thinly and put a film over it, but it turned out to be a disaster. It was unevenly applied, so it whitened unevenly and surprisingly dried out. The second time, I applied it thickly and evenly, and it stayed on well. It didn't dry or feel cold. I am very satisfied with the result!
