Apply a nail degreaser to the prepared nail plate. Then apply an acid-free primer over the entire surface of the nails and let it dry for a few seconds. Then cover the nail plate with TUFI profi Premium base, distributing it evenly over the entire nail. Polymerize of the coating in a UV lamp for 2 minutes, or in an LED lamp for 30-45 seconds. Next, cover the base with either colored gel polish or just a top coat to complete the manicure. When the manicure is ready, apply a special cuticle oil.

There's also a certain stickiness to it.
The only thing that saves it is applying another nail polish on top.

I really liked this foundation. I ordered shade 05 and it was well pigmented and provided good coverage. It also helped to even out my skin tone. I will definitely try out other shades as well.
The product is semi-transparent and does not apply evenly. Moreover, it is difficult to apply due to its strange consistency. I did not like it.
The base has a cloudy lilac hue, but it is completely transparent.
