Dissolve 1 teaspoon of the powder in warm water until it forms a paste. Apply the mixture to the desired area of skin that needs treatment, such as the face, neck, décolleté, hands, scalp, hair, etc. Leave it on as a mask for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water. If needed, cleanse the skin with a toner and apply a nourishing cream.
To prepare a decoction: pour 500 ml of water over 1 tablespoon of the powder, bring to a boil, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Let it steep for 3-5 hours. Strain.
To prepare an infusion: pour 500 ml of warm water over 1 tablespoon of the powder and leave it overnight. Strain. Store in the refrigerator for no more than 2-3 days. Use for washing, skin cleansing, or rinsing hair after washing. If needed, apply as compresses to problem areas on the skin.
It can be used in combination with other Ayurvedic powders for enhanced effects.
