Tsar's Base Universal Polish Gel – a universal base for gel and gel polish – is very convenient to work with, has a liquid consistency, yet does not spread, making it perfect for leveling the nail plate and allowing for flawless highlights. In nail extension systems, it is used as the initial base layer.
It serves as a universal solution for working with gel and gel polish. The product requires the preliminary application of a primer when extending nails, ensuring better adhesion of the artificial material to the nail plate.
It lasts on natural nails for more than 4 weeks. Can be removed with acetone or by filing.
How to use: apply a thin layer of the base to the nail plate and cure under an LED lamp for 45 seconds or under a UV lamp for 2 minutes. Apply a layer of gel polish and cure under an LED lamp for 45 seconds or under a UV lamp for 2 minutes. Apply a top coat and cure under an LED lamp for 45 seconds or under a UV lamp for 2 minutes.

The base is excellent, liquid, but it won't last long on weak nails.
I am very satisfied with the texture of this primer; it is liquid but not excessively so. Superb! It holds up well.
