These do not fizz at all, the packaging is not of good quality, and the color is not vibrant.
Today I want to complain about the delivery service for the first time. I ordered these bath bombs as a gift. As far as I understand, the manufacturer does not individually wrap each bomb or the entire box in plastic film.
When I opened the package (which also contained other items from my order), I felt small particles on the wrappers of the other items and the protective paper. At first, I didn't understand what it was, but then, when I reached the bottom, I discovered that they were crumbs from the bath bombs. As a result, all the bombs are dirty (thank you for at least keeping them intact), and the packaging is covered in colorful dust.
I kindly request that you, the makeup company, take care of this situation, as I have never had any complaints about your services before. If the manufacturer does not adequately protect their products, perhaps using bubble wrap or labeling the box as "fragile" would solve the problem. As it is, I had to quickly find a solution to these unpleasant circumstances.
P.S: I am attaching a photo, but please keep in mind that this is after some processing on my part. The initial appearance of the products was even worse.
