The consistency of the gel is good. It is neither too thick nor too runny. However, there is a drawback. Since I "customize" my own hybrid for work (mixing gel base and builder gel), I was disappointed. The material, after being dried on the nails for a day, turned YELLOW! :(((( And this is a complete disaster! :((( Instead of being transparent pink, it became dirty yellow on the nails.
