I don't use the case at all, but the brushes are not bad. They completely fulfill their purpose and nothing falls apart.
The tube fell apart on the second day. And that's exactly why I bought this set in the first place.
The pieces meant to hold the shape of the brushes are too big and completely useless, they keep falling off. The brushes themselves are decent though.

I just unpacked and took out of the case ((( the brush fell apart in my hands. I think super glue will solve the problem, but the impression is ruined. I have been ordering from this makeup company for many years, and usually I don't check my orders at the post office because they have never let me down. Today, everything seems to be different: they sent the wrong shade of blush, the Blacktouch scraper has signs of use, and the brush is broken!!!! It will be a lesson for me, I won't trust you anymore! It's really unfortunate (((
The brushes and tube are superb. The only minor drawback is that the bristles on the brushes get caught when closing the tube. It is necessary to close it carefully.

However, the brushes are a bit stiff, especially the two for eyeshadows, in my opinion, they are too bulky.
The case is not convenient to carry in a bag (takes up a lot of space), but it will be great for traveling.
Also, every time I close the case with the lid, the bristles get tangled. So, it is necessary to keep the transparent pouch and put it on after each use of the brush.
I have been using this product for a year and a half. I bought it mainly because of the case, as I needed a container to store my brushes, and the brushes that came with it were considered a nice bonus. In the end, the case is excellent, it conveniently fastens with buttons, and it looks stylish on the vanity table. It fits all the brushes I use perfectly. From the set of brushes, I only kept three eye brushes. They are soft, apply products well, maintain their shape, and do not shed after regular cleaning. I would even consider buying a few more brushes of a different shape separately if they were available in a lavender color on the website. Why is only the collection with black handles presented? I threw away all the face brushes because they are prickly and unpleasant to use. The brow brush is occasionally used for eyeliner, it's not bad, but it's a bit too wide. There are much better and more convenient brushes available. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase because I didn't expect anything from the brushes that came with it. I thought I would throw them all away, but in the end, half of them turned out to be useful. It's a shame that the case is not sold separately without the brushes, as they would be useless for many people who already have a set of decent brushes.
I don't know what's going on with other people, but these brushes are amazing.
