Oily Hair Conditioner "Sebum Balance" HAIRWAVE Conditioner For Oily Hair

I have been using this shampoo in combination with the same conditioner, so it's unclear who is causing all the trouble. However, I have oily roots and extremely dry and damaged lengths. My hair is thin and liquid-like. The oiliness hasn't decreased at all, but my hair has become like straw and it even gets electrified with a wooden comb. It's greasy near the roots, while the ends stick out like dandelions, and the static is driving me crazy.

The conditioner is ordinary, nothing particularly special. The hair feels pleasant and has a wonderful scent after use.

This product is very well-maintained and of good quality. I have purchased it before and am happy with it.

The conditioner, just like the shampoo from this series, is "nothing special", a waste of money, although not a significant amount. I won't be buying it again.

The consistency is not greasy, but when applying it to hair below shoulder length, I find that I need to use a sufficient amount of the product. My hair is damaged, so it cannot be restored just by washing my hair. However, thanks to the fact that the entire range is sulfate-free and packed with vitamins, at least my hair won't get worse.

After the vacation and the intense exposure to the sun, the ends of my hair became dry. The conditioner helped restore them to their original condition.

Overall, I am disappointed and do not recommend it.
