I have been using this product for a month, and I have come to a conclusion. The quality of my hair has worsened; it used to be soft and shiny, but now it is dull and feels like a sponge (even though I haven't changed my conditioners or hair masks). I have also developed dandruff, and my hair is falling out more than before. My scalp gets dirty by the next day, whereas I usually wash my hair every 2-3 days with a different shampoo.
I have a very sensitive scalp, and the itching is not as strong as with others. However, my hair becomes very greasy. It is no longer fresh the next morning. Also, I have not noticed any softening effect. My hair is still falling out just as much. I probably won't buy it again.
