I purchased this balm for my lower back, but it turned out to be ineffective. It provides minimal warmth and does not alleviate pain. Unfortunately, it did not help me at all.
Absolutely useless. The pepper concentrate is as thin as milk, you might as well rub it in your eyes...
It's just as rubbish as their other balms. I bought five of them to try, but it's just a drop in the ocean when it comes to the ingredients... It's like some kind of homeopathy.
