In the evening, apply with massaging motions to clean, dry skin on the face, neck, and décolleté (one drop per area). Afterward, you can apply a moisturizing cream. Use cautiously around the eye area. Gradually increase the frequency of use, starting with 1-2 times per week. Initially, you might experience peeling, redness, slight skin irritation, or tingling upon application. This is normal and indicates that the product is working. If irritation doesn’t subside or worsens, reduce the frequency of use to give your skin more time to adapt to the retinol.
If breakouts occur, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
For allergy-prone skin, we recommend performing a patch test before starting use. Evaluate the results no sooner than 24 hours later.

Just started using it for skincare and it doesn't cause any irritations or discomfort on the skin. After a few days, you can notice how soft the skin has become and it helps to clear breakouts.
I didn't buy it here. I wanted to try retinol in my skincare routine. I expected some peeling and redness, but there was none of that. I applied it generously without any regrets. I have already used up all 30 ml. My skin is flawless, even at the age of 45. I'm not sure if the 0.5% concentration is too low for me, or if the serum isn't particularly effective, or if it simply works very gently and slowly. Now I don't know whether to buy a serum with a higher percentage of retinol from this manufacturer...

Great Jole peeling. I have had experience with retinol before, so I immediately bought the 0.5% version. It suits me well, as I have oily skin with grade 2 acne. It effectively renews the skin and reduces the visibility of post-acne marks. Next, I plan to switch to the 1% version. I also use the SPF from the same brand for combination skin.
I purchased this product in November 2022. Initially, the serum worked really well. After 7 weeks, my skin became even, without breakouts, and acne marks faded slowly. I followed a comprehensive routine using niacinamide, a replenishing cream after applying retinol, a gentle cleansing gel, and a toner. However, in February, I noticed that the breakouts started to come back and my skin lost its elasticity. I started to research more about retinol and found out that it is unstable when exposed to oxygen, meaning it oxidizes and loses its effectiveness. Therefore, this form of retinol is not acceptable. The dropper picks up too much serum when only a small amount is needed for the whole face. Overall, my impression of the product is 50/50. However, the night cream from the same brand (Replenishing Night Cream with Hyaluronic Acid, Peptide Complex, and Ceramides) is really great.
I bought this product for my mom to introduce her to retinol, but it didn't work for her as she had an allergic reaction to many things. So, I decided to try it myself, and I really like it. Before this, I had been using another retinol product from the same brand, which also contained ceramides and niacinamide. I used three jars of it. I had also tried a very expensive retinol cream from a beauty box, and the result was the same as with Jole's retinol. Regular use of retinol has significantly smoothed out the wrinkles on my forehead. If I go a couple of weeks without it, I noticeably age. I am 39 years old. For those with sensitive skin that reacts strongly to retinol, try applying a sensitive skin and skin barrier restoring cream on top of it.
I didn't feel any effect from the retinol, and I didn't notice any special results. I don't recommend it.

The serum is pleasant and easy to apply. It's too early to talk about results since I just started using it. I haven't experienced any side effects, but I can feel that it's working. It gives a slight warming sensation to my skin, which I actually like. If they make it with a dispenser, I will definitely repurchase it because this pipette is... let's just say, not convenient.
This is my third option for retinol. I used to use The Ordinary and Cos de Baha before. This one is my favorite. The texture is more pleasant than The Ordinary, and the effect is much gentler than Cos de Baha. I use it every 3 days at night for almost a month now. My skin reacts well, it doesn't peel or flake off like it did with other brands. It moisturizes and absorbs quickly. After 10 minutes, I apply the Relance cream, a Ukrainian brand.
