The Anti-Acne Serum for the face by Jole is an effective cosmetic product designed to accelerate the healing of imperfections and prevent their recurrence. Thanks to its high concentration of 15% azelaic acid, it offers intensive bactericidal action, reduces inflammation, and alleviates discomfort.
Features of the Jole Brand Anti Acne Azelaic 15% Acid Serum:

Apply once a day in the evening, using a small amount on cleansed facial skin. Apply with gentle, light movements. After the serum, apply a light moisturizing cream. We do not recommend using it simultaneously with products containing Retinol or Acids. Use with caution around the eye area. When using, apply products with SPF 30.
Warnings:
Upon application, there may be a slight tingling or burning sensation, which should subside within 7-10 minutes. You may notice some granules (crystals) that completely dissolve into the skin upon application. Use with caution if you are breastfeeding. Usage during pregnancy: Category B.
Contraindications: Individual intolerance to any component of the formula.Attention: On skin prone to inflammation, there may be an initial flare-up of breakouts during the first few weeks of use. This typically resolves within a month. If the flare-up persists longer, or if inflammation occurs in unusual areas, discontinue use and consult a doctor.

I agree with the girls that the consistency of the 15% serum is quite dense. The 10% serum, on the other hand, is more pleasant to apply and feels lighter on the face, like a lightweight cream. I have tried both the 15% and 10%, but in the future, I will stick to the 10%, especially during the summer. I can't say that I noticed any difference in their effects. Plus, the ingredients in these serums are different. It suits my thin combination rosacea-prone skin, evens out the tone, and soothes it.
After the packaging change, the serum has become more similar to a cream or even butter. Perhaps it is worth applying it on slightly moisturized skin. However, because of this, the serum has become more concentrated, at least in my opinion. Overall, it wouldn't hurt to make the serum a little bit more liquid so that it would be more convenient to use.

Before this, I was using azelaic acid from cos de baha. Everything was fine, but I wanted a little more concentration.
I was afraid to switch because my skin is sensitive and I have rosacea. But I tried it and I don't regret it.
I use it in the evenings, and the redness has almost gone away. If any breakouts appear, they quickly disappear as well. My skin is also getting brighter (I have freckles).
I also really like the creamy texture, and I only need a little cream afterwards.
I haven't finished the first jar yet, but I have already ordered a second one.

Adding to my review, the "serum" was only half full, and now it is impossible to get. As for its effectiveness, it doesn't irritate, dry out, or tighten the skin - it basically does nothing. Nothing good, but also nothing bad. It doesn't help with breakouts or acne either. After applying, it seems to moisturize a little and can be felt on the skin. Three stars because other products from this brand worked for me.
I was able to get the attachment working, but it took a while. At first, nothing was coming out and I was trying to shake the cream out of the jar, but then, miraculously, it started working! Overall, I like the product, everything works well, and I am pleasantly impressed. Thank you.
I tried it for the first time. As they say, the packaging is terrible, nothing comes out at all. I have to extract the product from the packaging somehow. As for the effect, I like how soft my skin feels after applying it. Whether it will help with acne marks, I will have to wait and see. Because you can't find acid in such concentration for less than 1000 UAH. The price is tempting.
The brand continues to use inappropriate packaging for their products, making it impossible to squeeze out the serum when there's only half left. Such thick, cream-like consistencies should be poured into cream containers, as they don't roll down the sides and visually the jar remains full, even when tapped. The impression of yet another product is spoiled when there's only half or less left. As for the product itself, azelaic acid has already become ineffective for my skin at 10%, and these 15% haven't changed the situation at all. The effect is still minimal (I've been using all the other acne products from Jole for 9 months, and usually I like all their products, but they have a lot of thick serums that are impossible to get out towards the middle or end of use).
It has a creamy consistency and is easy to apply with a pump. I use it every evening to reduce inflammation. I have acne, and it both treats it and prevents new breakouts (in fact, without it, I would have even more). It also helps with post-acne pigmentation. It will be great for the summer as well, but make sure to use SPF to prevent more breakouts and pigmentation. Wishing everyone beautiful skin!
Everything is great, the serum works well. Initially, there is an increase in breakouts, but then everything clears up and the skin becomes clean. The dispenser works, the product is easily dispensed without any issues.

Initially, it caused breakouts, but after a couple of weeks, everything improved. It brightened my skin, reduced post-acne marks, and there are no new breakouts.

Hello, the serum itself is thick and most importantly, it works due to azelaic acid. However, the dispenser can be immediately discarded as it cannot deliver such a thick serum to its intended destination.
I really liked the serum, it's a pity that the price has increased significantly. I bought it together with a peeling, and the active ingredients are very effective. The results are noticeable! However, I got scared during the first week because it seemed like breakouts were starting to appear. My face was covered in black spots and pimples, it was horrifying. But after a while, everything evened out and the breakouts disappeared. No new ones appeared either. I used two jars of the 10% concentration, and then switched to the 15% azelaic acid. The skin's condition improved and became more even, but only with constant use.
I have tried the 10% serum and I really liked it. It was lightweight and absorbed quickly. I thought this serum would be the same, just with more acids, but it disappointed me. It feels like a cream, very heavy on the face. After some time, it becomes greasy. I already have oily skin, so this serum is a disaster for me. It's a shame.

I initially used the 10% version, but then decided to order the 15% one. I wouldn't really call it a serum, more like a thick cream. The dispenser couldn't squeeze it out properly on the first try, so I had to unscrew it and use the tube to apply it on my face every time. It felt comfortable on my face, with no redness or stinging. However, apart from moisturizing, I didn't see any other effects from using two bottles of this acid.
I didn't have much hope as I have rosacea, but after a week of using it, the inflammation subsided, my skin became more even and firmer. The serum is wonderful, and most importantly, it works. I am very satisfied.
