Azelaic Acid 10% Anti-Acne Serum Jole Azelaic Acid 10% Serum

The first impression upon receiving the product is already negative. The cheap dispenser does not fit the bottle at all, causing the product to leak out. As for its sealability, it is non-existent. What is the manufacturer thinking when they send out such a product? As for the makeup itself, I have no complaints. It was delivered quickly.

Unfortunately, I cannot evaluate the effectiveness of the serum yet as I just bought it. However, I will leave a review regarding the packaging quality. It arrived damaged and leaking.

I used the serum as recommended by my cosmetologist for my sebum regulation problem. I had a lot of small pimples on my forehead, and regular cleansing didn't help. After a month of using this serum, everything cleared up and the problem disappeared. I am very satisfied with this particular serum. The other one (Jole) didn't have the same effect.

I have been using this serum for only a week. Firstly, it is important to use acids correctly and take care of your skin properly. Secondly, during the first week of the month, you may experience a breakout on your face, but this is normal, especially if you are new to using acids. Additionally, it is not sticky and everything is fine with the packaging.

It effectively treats acne. I don't have acne but I use it as a preventive measure against breakouts.

I purchased this serum a year and a half ago. It worked really well for my oily skin. It was lightweight, absorbed quickly, didn't leave a sticky or greasy residue, and didn't cause breakouts. Recently, I wanted to repurchase it, but unfortunately, it was not available on the makeup website. However, it was on sale on the brand's website. I had a bad feeling about it, but I took a risk and bought it. I purchased it in December, and the expiration date was stated as 07.2023, but there was no mention of this on the website. The scent was of old expired cosmetics, which was different from what I had bought a year and a half ago. I applied it a couple of times, and it caused breakouts. The serum didn't absorb well, and it left a greasy shine, so I ended up throwing it away.

This is an excellent product for its price. I am purchasing it for the second time now. The serum is quite thick, but it spreads well on the skin. It suits my skin. After a certain period of time, the skin becomes cleaner and free from breakouts. I also want to try the 15% version.

This is the most useless product I have ever purchased. The only thing this serum is capable of is moisturizing the skin (if you can manage to get it out of the bottle with its faulty dropper). It's a complete waste of money.

My impression is that the serum does not fulfill its claims... It leaves a very greasy film on the face, like petroleum jelly, which is quite unpleasant.

1. It feels like the concentration of azelaic acid is not 10%, but 2%. Unfortunately, this serum is ineffective and doesn't work, unlike other brands I have tried before. I have been using it for almost two weeks.

2. The dropper doesn't pick up the product at all, so I have to dip it into the product, wipe it on my finger, and then apply it to my face, which is unhygienic. Moreover, a lot of product spills out of the bottle when opening/closing it. Why does the manufacturer, despite seeing comments about the bottle, claim to fix this problem but still continue to release the same faulty bottles?

3. The product is very wasteful. For example, with the 10% serum from Cos De Baha, it lasts much longer.

4. The bottle is packaged in a plastic bag instead of a box. What about protection from the sun, etc.? It's frustrating that I have to buy foreign brands instead of our Ukrainian ones(((

I am very satisfied with this serum. I started with a 10% concentration since my skin is familiar with this acid. I have been using it for a few weeks now, and after about 5-7 days, I noticed comedones appearing. These comedones had been sitting undisturbed for months and were really bothering me. However, with the serum, my breakouts clear up faster, my skin feels smoother, and my pores have become cleaner. Of course, this is not solely due to the serum, but I noticed a difference in my skin after incorporating it into my skincare routine. It just takes some patience to get through the period of active skin cleansing, and afterwards, the serum simply maintains its normal condition.

I'll start by saying that my skin is prone to acne. My story began a couple of weeks ago when I ordered a Korean cleansing foam from Corxs with salicylic acid. After a week, I started getting large pimples. I decided to take a risk and ordered this serum. I've been using it for 5 days and these big pimples are simply disappearing, slowly but surely. And the best part is that there are no traces or scars left, which pleases me greatly. I'm currently using it on specific spots because I'm still recovering from the effects of that foam. I'm very satisfied with this serum, the ingredients are good, and most importantly, it works. I also have a peeling from this brand, which is also a 5. I'm pleasantly surprised that there is finally a Ukrainian product that is both high-quality and effective.

The serum itself is good, it has a light consistency and a neutral scent. I apply it in the evening and it helps dry out pimples. However, the manufacturers should change the packaging! It's just awful, it doesn't match the consistency of the serum, which leads to excessive usage. I finished the bottle in just over a month. And it doesn't look very hygienic. I would buy it again next time, but now I'm looking for a similar product with different packaging.

The consistency of the serum is slightly thicker than that of PVA glue. The scent is not strong, but it does remind me of PVA glue. Applying this serum to the face is unpleasant.
I ordered a sample for myself, so I can't say anything about whether it does everything the manufacturer claims. I don't want to buy the full version.
I also have a question for the manufacturer... the address of the production facilities is a private house in a residential area. What kind of cosmetics can be produced in a private house?!
And also, the brand name and Face Lab are the same manufacturer.

This is a decent serum. It's not a miracle solution for acne, but it slightly improves the situation and doesn't cause irritation. I use it every evening. It also has a good mattifying effect.

However, I did not see any noticeable effects from it - it does not work for acne or improving skin texture, except for slightly mattifying the skin.

And another big plus is that they provide samples, for which I thank the brand separately!

The serum works well and effectively maintains my skin in remission from rosacea. This is already my second bottle. There is only one issue: the consistency of the serum in the second bottle is more like a cream, thick and white, and the dropper doesn't pick it up. I thought the dropper itself was broken, but I tried it with the previous bottle and got the same result. Perhaps, if the formula changes, it would be better to consider changing the packaging to something more suitable.
