In reality, this mask is not alginate-based, but clay-based. It's unclear why the instructions mention quickly mixing it... because it doesn't solidify at all. It's impossible to remove it in one piece, you'll need to wash it off with a sponge.
Amazing mask! I used it once and left it on for 40 minutes, and my skin completely transformed. My skin is very sensitive, though. It's true that it's not convenient to wash it off afterwards, but the results are definitely worth it.
I also thought it was alginate, so I was disappointed. The smell and consistency really resemble jelly. I didn't see any special effect. Apparently, it will be more suitable for people with dry skin.

It clumps together, but after a couple of uses, I liked the results. 10g is enough for one use, so I will be using the large jar for a long time, which is a plus. It is not alginate, as it does not solidify, you can't remove it like a film, you need to rinse or peel it off, which is not very convenient to use.
