I didn't notice any sebum-regulating effect at all. On the contrary, the cream leaves a greasy film on the face, which I really didn't like. I used it at night and it felt like my skin started to get even oilier. For this price, you can find a much better cream.

I am writing this review after using up the entire tube. I have combination skin that is prone to redness. This cream worked well for me. It effectively calms and reduces redness on my skin. I usually apply it in the evening, as it is more comfortable. The cream itself has a rich texture. I'm not sure if it will be suitable for summer, but it is great for now. I am going to order more.
It's quite odd to read reviews about a matte effect... for me, it's more like having a greasy pancake on my face. I can feel it on my skin, it's very heavy, and the scent is unpleasant.
