As the year went by, I discovered Hilary. I have tried many products from this wonderful Ukrainian brand, but I especially want to talk about their toner, which is now on my top list. I have dry skin, and surprisingly, it suited me very well. My skin feels soft and silky after using it, and the scent is very pleasant and light. It doesn't leave any feeling of dryness or tightness.
Convenient spray format. I highly recommend applying it only to cleansed skin. Centella really works wonders on the skin, and my esthetician also praised the results after using the tonic.
It worked well for my combination skin. It refreshes and tones. It has a pleasant sweet scent.
I believe many girls understand how difficult it is to find a toner without any extras. It should be as natural as possible and at a pleasant price. And the scent, it's something else. I really like it and I use it.
The tonic is ambiguous; I bought it because of its affordable price and composition. I have tried Korean tonics with it, and they worked wonders on my skin. However, this one feels like water with a strange, unpleasant smell. The manufacturer suggests applying it with a sponge... then why have a spray? The consistency is liquid, but it contains some kind of fibers or dust-like particles. Overall, I'm not sure... Unfortunately, it turned out to be useless.
I really liked the tonic as it doesn't leave any sticky feeling after application. The packaging is also very convenient.
