I have been using it for 10 days. First, I do cupping massage, then I apply a thin layer and cover myself with a blanket. In the first half an hour, it heats up quite a bit, like lying under the scorching sun, but after half an hour, it becomes a pleasant warmth and you can sleep. I'm not sure about the increased blood circulation - even though it burns, my skin doesn't even turn red. It's too early to talk about the effect. A warning - when you apply it to your body, it's better to wear disposable gloves because even if you wash your hands, the product remains on the skin - if you accidentally rub your eyes or nose - unforgettable sensations are guaranteed (and it's better to apply face cream before coming into contact with the product). Moreover, even after 12 hours, if you put your hands in warm water, you will feel a noticeable burning sensation. Capsaicin is very tricky in this sense.
