This Saka bath salt is enriched with magnesium sulfate. Thanks to its soothing, antiseptic, wound-healing, and rejuvenating properties, it is actively used in the treatment of skin and cardiovascular diseases, as well as in cases of musculoskeletal and nervous system disorders, fatigue, and depression.

Dissolve 100 g (4-5 tablespoons) of salt in warm water. For a pronounced balneological effect, use up to 500 g per bath. Take baths with water temperatures between 35-39°C for 10-20 minutes daily or every other day, following a course of 10-15 sessions.
