Sakska Bath Salt enriched with magnesium is designed for preparing cosmetic and therapeutic baths. This salt is sourced through the evaporation of brine from the Crimean salt lakes. Due to its antiseptic, soothing, healing, and rejuvenating properties, it is actively used for treating skin and cardiovascular diseases, as well as disorders of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. It is also effective in treating depression, chronic irritability, and sleep disturbances.
Magnesium sulfate, commonly known as Epsom salt, boasts excellent anti-inflammatory, calming, and analgesic properties. It provides antiseptic, vasodilatory, anticonvulsant, and detoxifying effects on the body, promoting the rapid removal of waste and toxins from tissues. Additionally, magnesium sulfate acts as a gentle antispasmodic and stimulates the function of many vital organs.

Dissolve 100 grams (4-5 tablespoons) of salt in warm water. For a more pronounced balneological effect, use up to 500 grams per bath. Take baths with water temperatures between 35-39°C for 10-20 minutes daily or every other day, for a total of 10-15 sessions.

The salt is normal. It is colorless. It lasted for 3 uses, but I only fill the bathtub halfway. I don't know, maybe it's just me, but when I overexert myself at the gym and the next day I feel like a robot, after taking a bath with salt and magnesium, my muscles feel slightly relieved. Without the salt, it's not as effective. I used to buy it from offline stores, and the price is the same.

Salt with impurities and dirt, gray in color. The smell in the packaging is terrible! After dissolving in water, there is gray sediment and the smell disappears. I tried rinsing before using it, and it improved. It tightens and causes skin redness, there was a tingling sensation.

Everything used to be great, but lately, there's been some straw, sand, and stones in the salt. So I'm not sure if I should order more, even though I used to buy 10 packs before.
The salt is a bit dirty, leaving a fine residue in the bathtub. The smell is not pleasant, but it becomes normal when dissolved in water. Magnesium flakes and Poltava bischofite are more effective. However, it can still be used as a conductor for essential oils.

Great! I highly recommend mixing this salt with the iodine fertilizer from the same series, as it will maximize the effect! To save money, I suggest getting the package, as it seems that the salt is even more enriched with extracts in them ;)
