Dissolve 100 g (4-5 tablespoons) of salt in warm water. For a pronounced balneological effect, use up to 500 g per bath. Take baths with water at a temperature of 35-39°C for 10-20 minutes daily or every other day, for a course of 10-15 sessions.

I have been buying this product not for the first time, and it really helps me relax before sleep. The delivery is always fast, but I'm a bit disappointed that this is now the third consecutive order (and it's not a small one) without a gift.
I thought this was just iodized sea salt (with bromine, yeah). I was very surprised to see a bunch of foam in the bathtub. And the smell... chemicals... I started looking for the ingredients - I barely found them, and only in English, they didn't bother to write in Russian or Ukrainian. There were no warnings about fragrances or foam-forming agents on the packaging either. Overall, I really didn't like this approach from the manufacturer.
