My review might be helpful for those who have experienced hair tangling with this balm. The thing is, you need to apply it very sparingly, as indicated in the instructions on the label. I understood this through trial and error when I accidentally squeezed out and applied a double portion of what I usually use. I rinsed my hair for a long time and thoroughly, but they still turned into an unmanageable tangle of matted hay. So, perhaps an excessive amount of the product causes difficulties in combing. My hair is slightly below shoulder length, and the appropriate portion of the balm is about the size of a small walnut.

The shampoo and conditioner from this series turned out to be disappointing for me. After using them, my hair felt like steel wire. The comb got stuck in my hair without any ease. It seems to me that if I had washed my hair with Soviet laundry soap, the effect would have been better. Unfortunately, they did not suit me. They are just gathering dust on the shelf.

I was expecting a "wow" effect from this balm, but it turned out to be the complete opposite. After the second wash, my hair transformed into a stiff scrub. It didn't suit me at all. My hair is dyed blonde. However, I have to admit that the scent is amazing.

The products are very impressive: they worked not only for me but also for my daughter and husband. The conditioner nourishes excellently, moisturizes, makes the hair soft, manageable, shiny, and silky. The ingredients are natural, sulfate-free, the smell is pleasant, and the hair is easy to comb after using it, without getting frizzy. It gives the hair a mirror-like shine and smoothness. The ends are well-nourished, they stopped splitting and breaking like before (I have colored and porous hair).
As a result of using the shampoo and oil together, my hair loss has stopped (even though I didn't expect it!), and my daughter got rid of persistent dandruff and itching with flaking (she has sensitive skin prone to allergies).
