Heat the wax in an electric heater to a temperature of +40 °C. Prepare the skin in the depilation area by treating it with lotion or foam before depilation. Without removing the cartridge from the heater, roll the heated wax cartridge over a depilation strip to ensure the wax is sufficiently heated. Apply the wax to the treated skin area in the direction of hair growth. Place the depilation strip on the waxed area, ensuring that the end of the strip is in an area free of wax. Press the strip firmly against the skin. Hold the free end of the strip and remove it with a quick motion against the direction of hair growth, keeping it parallel to the skin. Repeat the procedure on the next section. Apply wax to the same area no more than twice. After completing the procedure, make sure to remove any stickiness and wax residue with post-depilation lotion. Please note that incorrect or improper use of this product can harm your health. Not adhering to the recommended temperature can cause skin damage.

The wax is always good, so I always buy it. But this time, the wax arrived in a terrible condition. It must have been melted for a long time. They wrapped it in a ball that was stuck tightly to the cartridge. It's horribly sticky, and it was very difficult to wipe it off. And of course, the cartridge was not full. About 20-30 percent leaked out of it. It's outrageous to send something like this!!! I have bought several pieces before, but I don't know how I will sort it all out so that I can use it.
