The wax is always good, so I always buy it. But this time the wax came in a terrible condition. It must have melted a long time ago. It was wrapped in a ball that was stuck tightly to the cartridge. It was incredibly sticky, and it was very difficult to wipe it off. And of course, the cartridge was not full. About 20-30 percent leaked out of it. It's outrageous to send something like this!!! I have bought several pieces before, and I don't know how I will manage to sort it all out so that I can use it.
