Heat the wax in an electric heater to a temperature of 40°C. Prepare the skin in the depilation area by treating it with lotion or foam before starting the process. Without removing the cartridge from the heater, roll the heated wax cartridge over a depilation strip to ensure the wax is adequately warmed. Apply the wax to the treated skin area in the direction of hair growth. (For hybrid waxes, apply a thick layer.) Place the depilation strip onto the waxed area, ensuring one end of the strip is free of wax. Press the strip firmly onto the skin. (When using hybrid waxes, wait a few seconds for the wax to set slightly and ensure it adheres to the strip.) Grasp the free end of the strip and quickly pull it off against the direction of hair growth, keeping it parallel to the skin. Repeat the process on the next section. Do not apply wax to the same area more than twice. After completing the procedure, be sure to remove any remaining stickiness and wax with a post-depilation lotion. Contraindications: Acute or chronic skin conditions, varicose veins in the depilation area.
