Great comb
I decided to replace my Janeke brush, which I had been using for several years, and ordered one from Europe. I received the package and unpacked it at home. To my surprise, I got a genuine counterfeit. Seeing the flaw on it, I contacted customer support for a refund, but they refused, as it is a personal hygiene product. Well... The brush sat in the drawer for another week, and I finally decided to give it a chance. And here are the many flaws that emerged. Firstly, this brush tugs at the hair, whereas the old one combs perfectly. Secondly, using it is painful, as it scratches the scalp. Thirdly, the bristles on the brush are barely noticeable on the old one and have a gap around the edges on the new one. Furthermore, the bristles on the new brush are stiff, and some even have jagged ends!!! This brush is unusable, as it damages both the hair and the skin! Ladies, ALWAYS check your package, open it, and feel the product! This is already the second item on the website that I can confidently say is a COUNTERFEIT! And that is unpleasant.

I really like this brush. I'm glad I bought it because I had doubts after reading some reviews. I have thin hair that is slightly dry and prone to tangling. This brush does a great job of detangling it. It doesn't make my hair static. I'm not sure if it's an original or not, as it came in a cardboard box. The quality is satisfactory - it performs its functions, there was no plastic smell, and it looks nice. The plastic seams are barely noticeable and there are no gaps. I have used different detangling brushes for many years, but lately, I've grown tired of them. That's why I'm satisfied with this purchase!
I cannot understand the negative reviews. I have been using this comb for over a year and I am very satisfied with the quality and results. It combs wet hair very nicely. I have also tried other combs like Janneke and Tangle Teezer, but I prefer this comb more.

I ordered this comb without a discount, for 540 UAH, expecting to receive it as mentioned in the review below (dated September 9th), in a cardboard box (since the official website warned that the manufacturer would change the packaging).
As a result, I received it in a plastic transparent packaging.
