I purchased these based on reviews for the first days of my menstrual cycle. I use them specifically at night. They do their job well and stay in place on my underwear. I like that they are thin, as it makes them more comfortable. I highly recommend them.
I have never been disappointed. I am surprised that there are comments about poor adhesive base... As for the absorption properties, this brand also offers "thicker" ones. Perhaps this will fix the situation.
These are the worst night pads I have ever used. The adhesive side does not stick to any type of fabric (neither synthetic nor cotton). The decent absorption did not save me during the night.
