I have been using this shampoo in Japan. It is a good supermarket brand, but just that - a supermarket brand. It is not different from our shampoos, just like the majority of Japanese shampoos in general. The only difference is the price due to import.
This conditioner is very disappointing. I regret buying it. Due to the excessive amount of silicone, it leaves my hair greasy and heavy, without making it easier to brush. My hair feels dry and tangled. I do not recommend it.
