Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, and then unwrap the tampon. Slant the tampon towards your lower back and ease it into your vagina by pushing it with your index finger as far as it will go. Just make sure you keep the tampon at an angle and don’t try and push it straight. The string should also stay outside your body, so you can easily remove the tampon later on. When needed, pull the string at the same angle at which it was inserted.
Regarding the naturalness, I'm not sure, as I didn't notice any differences from regular ones. However, the size is not suitable for me - they are too small. I won't be purchasing them again.
