I trusted the positive reviews, but in vain. I did not like these patches. I did not notice any effect except for the cooling sensation (but that's because I keep them in the refrigerator) for less than 1 minute.
+ There is indeed a lot of liquid in the jar and the patches are always moist in the substance.
+ Convenient packaging with a small spatula, which makes it easy to take the patches.
