The powder is fine and very pleasant to use. Shade 13 matched my fair skin perfectly. It provides a slight blurring effect.
Packaging and refill - excellent! The powder itself is mediocre. It's transparent and doesn't cover anything, so it's pretty useless. I wanted to replace my Max Factor with it, but it's nowhere near as good. I hope the SPF is at least real...
I am satisfied with the powder, but the shade 13 turned out to be darker.
