I don't know who would like this top. I bought it on MakeUp. It's liquid and it smudges. If you cover it with stamping, it becomes patchy, so you need to apply it again the second time. I ordered this top to go with my silk base from the same company. There were no reviews available, so it was unclear whether the top had a sticky layer or not. Well, it turns out it doesn't have a sticky layer. It shines nicely and doesn't leave any scratches. The consistency is more on the medium side, but it doesn't flow.
