Due to the heavy base of the massager, you don't need to apply much pressure when massaging someone. I start the massage at the maximum speed with the attachment with bumps, then switch to the pinpoint attachment, and finish with the smooth one. For the back massage, I go from top to bottom on both sides of the spine. Avoid massaging the spine, shoulder blades, and other protruding bones. You can also do self-massage while sitting thanks to the long handle. The instructions indicate that the massager should be used continuously for 15 minutes, then it should be allowed to rest to prevent overheating. This is perhaps a downside, as I would like to massage for longer. And of course, the massager cannot replace a real professional massage, but overall, I liked everything about it.
