In my case, this product didn't work at all. It's supposed to be for oily hair (which I have), but my hair only felt clean for the first hour, and that's if I used a lot of shampoo. If I used less, my hair didn't feel properly washed. I've been using natural shampoos for a long time, and others at this price point work better for me.
Great shampoo, highly recommend it! I wash my hair with it every 3-4 days, and my hair looks fantastic. I really like it. Most importantly, my scalp reacts well to it—it doesn’t dry out, unlike many other natural shampoos. After years of searching, this is the best shampoo I've found so far, and it has a great ingredient list too.
The shampoo creates a very soft and fine lather. I really like it. It took a while for my hair to get used to it, but now I wash my hair as usual, twice every three days. My scalp doesn't itch after using it, and it has a pleasant, minty scent.
I made sure to wait until I finished the entire bottle before writing this review, just to be certain my impressions were accurate.
I really didn't like this shampoo at all! For several years, I've alternated between natural and non-natural products, so I'm familiar with how they should work. However, this shampoo didn't clean my hair at all, no matter how many times I tried. Plus, the scent was overwhelmingly sweet to the point of being nauseating.
Perhaps it's just a matter of personal preference, but during the time I used it, I never once had a positive experience.
I really like it. I alternate using it with other shampoos. I do lather it three times, that's true. But the results are great—my oily roots are grateful. In general, you can't rely on just one shampoo for well-maintained hair. You'll need a conditioner, a mask, and a scrub once a month as well.
The shampoo does wash my oily hair well, but I have to use a lot of it and lather thoroughly. The only downside for me is that it makes my hair very tangled afterward, making it difficult to comb through (my hair is below shoulder blades in length).
After using this shampoo, my hair remains greasy, which I've never experienced before. I tried it a few times, and each time my hair was oily. I won't be buying this again and do not recommend it.
I really like this shampoo! It has a wonderful scent, a gentle effect, and rinses out well. It's better than the one with aloe vera.
The shampoo doesn't extend the time my hair stays clean, but I really liked how my hair felt after using it. The feeling of cleanliness is actually more about diet and mental state. The formula of this shampoo is gentle enough for daily use.
It feels like this shampoo is designed to make your hair look greasy. The only thing I liked was the scent. The shampoo is very runny, almost like water, and it leaves my hair looking unwashed and hard to comb, even with conditioner. I previously used Siberica and will be returning to it. As always, thanks to the store for their great service.
This shampoo has a pleasant scent. It takes about three to five washes to really clean the hair, which makes me believe in its "eco" composition. It does leave your hair squeaky clean, but in my case, it can also make it quite dry. This is normal for natural shampoos if you have fine hair like mine at the ends (which is more your issue than the manufacturer's :).
To address this, I suggest: a) don't use the shampoo every day; alternate it with other "eco" and non-"eco" shampoos, and b) use a conditioner from other Ukrainian "eco" brands afterward—there are plenty of those on the market!
This shampoo won't help reduce sebum production!
Overall, my impression is negative. I've used SLS-free shampoos before, so I understand how they work. These shampoos tend to lather less and have a gentler cleansing effect, which is normal. The manufacturer claims that "a small pea-sized amount of gel is enough to create a light cloud of fragrant foam" - this is not true.
Previously, I used Vichy's anti-seborrheic shampoo and could wash my hair once every four days. With the Eco-Beauty shampoo, greasy hair isn't cleaned thoroughly the first time, and I need to wash it twice. My scalp reacted to this shampoo by developing a dry crust - "seborrheic dermatitis," which I hadn't had for over a year. There were no other changes in my health or care routine, so it's highly likely this is a reaction to the shampoo. After two months of using this shampoo, my hair becomes greasy by the second day.
As for the scent - it's very pleasant but sweeter than fresh. I expected rosemary and mint to be more dominant in the aroma. There is no "powerful refreshing effect," so I hope the manufacturer or MakeUp revises their marketing claims.
In conclusion, the manufacturer's promised "regulation of sebum secretion" is beyond this shampoo's capabilities. 2 out of 5 for a good ingredient list.
Terrible shampoo! My hair feels extremely dry and tangled, as if I washed it with laundry soap, even though I applied coconut oil for an hour before shampooing. I tried washing my hair again with my usual shampoo, which normally leaves my hair in good condition, but it didn't help. It's still squeaky and unmanageable.
I've been using the shampoo for just over a week. I really like the scent, and the cleansing base is pleasant and genuinely mild. However, my hair feels a bit coarser after use, which I'm not fond of. It lathers moderately, similar to other natural shampoos—doesn't foam well on the first wash, but improves on the second. When rinsing, my hair tends to tangle, but it combs out normally once dry.
The consistency is quite liquid, so it gets used up quickly, which seems typical for natural shampoos. It doesn't extend the freshness of my hair, so I still wash it daily. Overall, it's a pleasant product, but due to the increased hair coarseness during washing, I probably won't purchase it again.
The product is excellent.
The shampoo didn't work for me at all. It didn't clean my hair properly, leaving it feeling greasy. After using it, I developed dandruff that I can't get rid of, even with professional products.
I visited Kyiv and decided to try this product. I must say, it's really good. If someone is used to washing their hair with products containing harsh chemicals, they might need some time to get used to this one, as it contains gentle, natural surfactants. My hair felt thoroughly clean, and I've been using natural shampoos for four years now. Not just products that claim to be natural, but genuinely natural ones.
I received this shampoo today from Makeup, and I'd like to thank them for their prompt service and great selection!
I used the shampoo right away.
First, I want to highlight that unlike many Ukrainian brands, this shampoo truly lives up to its "Eco" name! The ingredients are impeccable—thank you for that.
The shampoo is very gentle, with a creamy lather. I applied it once, rinsed it out, and then applied it again. This is the right way to use natural shampoos—and not just natural ones. After the second application, the lather reached the roots, thoroughly cleansing my scalp and hair. My hair feels soft and shiny.
I typically wash my hair every two days, and that remains the case with this shampoo. However, since oily hair is more of a hormonal and dietary issue, I don’t blame the shampoo for that.
What matters most to me is that this is an honest manufacturer who has created a quality product that is safe for both people and the environment.
I've also tried the liquid soap from this brand. It's gentle, has a pleasant scent, and doesn't dry out my hands.
The shampoo is very natural with a gentle lather. I have some knowledge about shampoo ingredients and production. This shampoo truly contains no sulfates or their substitutes, so you need to wash your hair twice with it for the best results. It requires the right approach and some getting used to, but it doesn't strip lipids from the scalp. I plan to try other products from this brand.
Although the shampoo is natural, my hair looked greasy and dirty after washing. I had to wash it again with a different shampoo.
